Living Arts offers overnight and day retreats specifically focused on women who are experiencing anxiety, stress, depressed mood, relationship issues, loneliness &/or generally feeling that something is “not as it should be.”

Medically monitored by physician and staff at the retreat site. Includes live sound meditation, integration and experiential groups. Private queen bed sleeping cubbies, beautiful mountain venue with horses ~2 hrs. from Raleigh.
