Zumrad is a mentor, speaker, business owner, licensed clinical social worker and Board-Approved Social Work and Substance Abuse Supervisor with 15 years of experience and a wide range of areas of expertise.

Zumrad is a LGBTQ+ ally and trauma-informed psychotherapist in private practice who works with a diverse population including immigrants and first-generation Americans. Her group practice Art of Wellness Counseling has a goal not only assisting clients to gain insight into their problems but also empowering them to make the desired changes they seek to make in their lives. She is a board member of Pro-Bono Counseling Network. Prior to working in private practice, Zumrad managed the Opioid Treatment Program in Durham.

AnnE O'Neil, LCSWA, LCASA

AnnE comes to clinical work after a decade as a spiritual companion, grief counselor, and energy healer, with a couple years as a chaplain thrown in too. Given this background, it is no surprise that AnnE has a very holistic, soul-centered approach. Grief remains the focus of her work (especially with those who also grapple with addiction), but she brings the full spectrum of her skills to all her clients as they choose.

She is currently inspired by her studies with Jungian therapist Francis Weller, inviting her to deepen the focus of soul work as she supports clients in their healing. AnnE is also a writer, having published If You Want the Rainbow, Welcome the Rain: A Memoir of Grief and Recovery and currently at work on her second book.

Dakia "Kia" Davis, LCSW, CCTP

Kia is a therapist specializing in trauma, chronic stress and difficult life changes. She practices through a queer-affirming, trauma-informed and culturally responsive lens, and she uses integrative, mind-body approaches. Many of her clients are Black, LGBTQIA+, and/or survivors of violent crime. Kia founded her private practice Healing Journey Therapy & Consulting, PLLC_in_2019.

She has spent time cultivating her passion for health and wellness by completing the Health Ministry Certificate Program at Wesley Theological Seminary and certified clinical trauma professional (CCTP) courses. She is trained in the Trauma Conscious Yoga Method℠ and will complete Subtle® Yoga teacher_training_in_2023.

Ashley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist in North Carolina. She has nine years of experience that includes working at inpatient, residential, and outpatient levels of care and received her Masters of Social Work at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Ashley's training includes certificates in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and Internal Family Systems.

In her current private practice, she works with adolescents and adults with a focus on developmental trauma, attachment wounds, and anxiety. Ashley is passionate about trauma-informed care and a whole-person approach to healing.

Dr. Jane Floyd, PsyD

Dr Floyd blends her extensive experience as a former management consultant within a global fortune 500 with her training as a clinical psychologist to help her clients break out of old habits, conquer thought patterns that are holding them back and take action to realize their full potential. She has been told her calm, inviting demeanor creates a space in which her clients feel comfortable being open and vulnerable while working through tough challenges.

Dr Floyd completed a two year post doctoral fellowship at Duke Integrative Medicine which she feels reshaped her methods of treatment toward that of treating the "whole being" with collaboration of others to aid in the overall health and well being of her patients. She started her private practice, InSight Dimensions in 2020 and has now launched an Executive Coaching dimension with her work as a certified (in process) ICF coach providing her to blend her 20 plus years of corporate experiences into her coaching practice working with individuals and teams.

Sarah is a Licensed Clinical Social worker and has been practicing as a therapist since 2009. She believes in approaching healing through body, mind and spirit alignment. Her training in Somatic Experiencing and her training in energy healing supports this holistic view.

Sarah works with women to realize their fullest potential and to claim their divine sovereignty so they can step into wholeness and power. Sarah also works with couples navigating relationship hurdles, including Ethical Non-Monogamy and other non-traditional relating. LGBTQIA Affirming Therapist.

Mindy Brodsky, LCSWA, LGSW, Esq.

Mindy specializes in trauma-informed, strengths-based counseling and group work with a passion for integrative health and healing. She serves diverse adult populations, including those impacted by cancer and other chronic illnesses, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and perinatal challenges. After a career in social justice advocacy and her own challenging health journey, Mindy aspires to meet her clients where they are in a safe, nonjudgmental environment. She also serves on the adjunct faculty of her alma mater, University of Miami School of Law. Mindy received a BA from Emory University and an MSW from Simmons University.

Erin is a Dually Licensed Psychotherapist where is the Owner/Founder of Foundations 4 Change, PLLC. She has over fifteen years of clinical experience working with adults, adolescents, and couples. Her expertise is in self-worth, anxiety, parenting concerns, relationship issues, life transitions, divorce, family conflict and domestic violence.

Over the last few years Erin has been presented with various awards for being the Best Therapist in Western Wake along with receiving the Movers & Shakers award for 2021 for not only her dedication to her businesses but also her contributions to those in the community. Erin is also a Certified Personal & Professional Development Coach and Owner Masterminds-Coaching, LLC. She specializes in working with professional women who are seeking to feel more secure in their decisions, break through barriers, set boundaries, and have a healthy balance between their personal and professional lives.

Kimberly Kornegay

Kimberly started playing drums, guitar and singing at a young age starting with cover bands in the early days to performing throughout the US. Covering a wide range of music from originals to rock to blues, she wound her way around the music scene playing in various groups including the  Broad Street band,  The Outskirts, and Deja Blu Band. In 2014, Kimberly formed the Feral Cats band which she now  fronts as the lead vocalist singing at local breweries, festivals and private events. Kimberly works in mental health as the Practice Manager for Living Arts.

Susan opened her private practice, Living Arts, after serving in a variety of mental health roles, both as a clinician and in clinical leadership, in her 30 years since graduating with a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Chicago. She is thrilled to now have the creative freedom to provide experiences for other therapists, and women in the community, to foster wellness and living life to the fullest. In collaboration with others, she strives to “build community one group at a time.”

Scarlet, ESA

Scarlet is 7 years old and is a Goldendoodle. She loves to visit people, and really loves car rides. Every day morning she goes with her dad to Dunkin Donuts for coffee and a pup cup. She loves strolling on the beach with her little buddy Dylan, visiting nursing homes to spread some love and snuggles. She is very independent, loyal, smart and her favorite spot to sit is on the back of couch. She loves it when she gets to hiking with her brothers and human family. Because she has 2 brothers she has become very good at setting boundaries and communicating what she wants and needs.
