Women's Wellness Retreat is not your typical retreat. We have a team of 15 psychotherapists, yoga instructors and other certified wellness practitioners providing 26 facilitated activities to choose from in addition to the self-guided activities such as Crafts & Connecting, the Journal Walk, our custom Companion Journal and of course water fun! Our 60+ acre venue is on Lake Gaston in Virginia and ~90 minutes from Raleigh.
