The weekly Living Arts Women’s groups cover topics such as:
• the brain’s role in self-defeating habits
• developing a better relationship with emotions
• daily practices to promote resiliency
The integrated modality approach borrows the best from the best in presentations, experiential activities and process discussions to provide understandable and useful information.The Living Arts Women’s group is designed to provide additional support to women currently working with an individual therapist especially in situations where there is high need or when progress slows.
