I’m in my “retirement job” and one of my favorite things to do is to help other mental health professionals find their joy in work. My decades of experience in a variety of leadership and business roles, such as numerous Clinical/Executive Director positions in both for profit and non-profit entities; serving as Chief Operations Officer at a data analytics corporation; Social Work Director at a local state psychiatric hospital; and owner of numerous Private Practices, provides the lived experience and knowledge (and mistakes!) to help streamline your efforts.
By design, I strive to be cost-effective and operate from a sustainability model. In other words, I get paid but I’m not interested in making big profits from those who are struggling. New business owners and those in transition are struggling. I offer my “Private Practice Workshop” several times a year that offers a lot of bang for your buck. Individual business consultation is $95/hour and is offered as a single meeting or as many as you want/need. In addition, I support others through Living Art’s Share Space business incubator, 3rd Friday Network Speaker Series and the new Business-2-Business peer support & networking online group. Launching and growing a private practice can be a daunting challenge. This can be especially stressful when still holding a “day job.” I would like to provide support by offering a thoughtfully designed turn-key office space to rent with only a monthly commitment, no deposits and starting at $6/hour.
