Registration begins mid-October with benefits for early registrants ($100 Early Bird Discount & 1st choice of cabins/beds). Registration ranges from $497 - $737 depending on which discounts are used (-$100 EB, -$100 own tent, -$40 BIPOC, -$50 our group tent). All registrations require a $200 deposit to confirm your spot and accommodation choice.

The first step is to get on the Interest List by contacting [email protected]

Our venue is 60+ acres of wooded and rolling grass hills, surrounded by 100+ acres of forest, directly on Lake Gaston in Virginia. Travel by car will be ~90 minutes for most in the Triangle to get to Gasburg, VA.

Our out-of-state retreat participants may prefer flying in to Raliegh-Durham International Airport and renting a car to drive ~90 minutes.

The retreat is all-inclusive. All experiential groups, recreational and other activities, swag bag with your own Retreat Companion Journal, accommodations, and meals/snacks/spring water are all covered.

We will be inviting local wellness providers to offer additional services, such a massage and Reiki, that will be arranged directly between retreat participants and those service providers.

Yes, our registration form includes questions about food needs, preferences and allergies to help guide our meal planning. To ensure retreat participants know what to expect, we will be providing the menu plan prior to the retreat to all retreat participants.

All cabins have ample refrigerator space, microwaves, electric burners with pots/pans and coffee makers so there will be flexibility to bring any food or drinks that you want.

The registration includes a bed in one of the 15 cabins. The beds (queen, full futons to twin bunks) and cabins vary from open cabins to those with 1 bedroom, some are larger with occupancy of 3 to 4 women in each. All cabins include a modern bathroom & shower, kitchenette and Heat/Air Conditioning.

Discounts are available for those who choose to bring their own tent or car/van camp or if a spot in one of our group camping tents is preferred. Registering early with friends at the same time will allow you to bunk/camp with your friends.

More details with pictures, floor plans and specific bed configurations will be made available early October. Accommodations will be “1st come, 1st choice” and confirmed with the $200 deposit.
